Wisconsin Badgers Land QB Commit

On April 26th Wisconsin Badgers just locked in a big quarterback commit for their 2027 class.

Jack Sorge, a six foot four 205-pound gun from Tri-West High School near Indianapolis,

picked the Badgers on Friday. This guy is the real deal, bringing that legacy bloodline

since his dad's lung passes for Barry Alvarez from 1999 to 2003, and backed up for the Colts.

The Badgers Recruiting Hall was already popping with in-state studs at running back,

tight end, offensive line, safety, and defensive line, but they needed that QB anchor to build around,

and Sorge fills the spot perfectly. Luke Fickle and crew kept the momentum rolling from a strong

Badger State push. Fans are hyped because this marks the first major avistake grab under Fickle,

signaling trips nationwide ahead. It's a smart move after dominating locally, like the glory days

under Paul Christ. Sorge's family ties at that extra hometown feel without the homegrown

limits. Scott's love his textbook size, live arm, and quit brain for reading defenses.

He moves well in the pocket, picks up yards on scrambles, though he's no peer runner,

like current starter, Colton Joseph. Plenty of vets ahead when he arrives in 2027,

but he could climb to starter status. With Sorge in the fold, Wisconsin's class looks stacked
