Wisconsin Badgers' Transfer Boom at WR

On March 21st, Wisconsin Badgers football kicked off spring practices this week after a massive

offseason roster shake-up.

The team added 33 transfers, the eighth most nationally, and second highest among programs

without a coaching change.
