Wisconsin Locks Down Top In-State Talent

On March 6th, Wisconsin's football program is making waves and recruiting by locking

down the state's top talent for the 2027 class.

The badges just landed their fourth in-state commitment with Ed rusher Isaac Miller from

Catholic Memorial, who made the announcement on March 5th, all four pledges hail from

Wisconsin and rank among the top 10 prospects here according to rivals.

Miller stands 6 foot 5 and weighs 250 pounds, earning three star status for major services.

He holds more than two dozen power-four offers, including recent ones from schools like

Missouri, Michigan State, and Nebraska.

His scholarship from Wisconsin came back in early April.

Fans and analysts love this keep it local approach, as it strengthens the program's pipeline

and builds rivalries right at home.

Two other top 10 in-state players have committed elsewhere, one to Notre Dame and one to Northwestern,

but the badges remain in the mix for the rest.

From the field last season, Miller helped his team go 11-2, racking up 61 tackles, six

for loss, three sacks, and 23, quarterback pressures that forced four picks.

With this momentum, Wisconsin lets poise to hold the line on even more homegrown stars

as the cycle heats up.
