Professor Kara Blackburn is a Senior Lecturer of Managerial Communication at the MIT Sloan School of Management, and she discusses how men can support their female colleagues along with Edward Schiappa, Professor of Humanities and Co-chair of the Gender Equity Committee of the School of Humanities, Arts, & Social Sciences at MIT. Later, Doctor David Niño, Senior Lecturer in the Daniel J. Riccio Graduate Engineering Leadership Program at MIT, describes how male professors can foster the success of young women with great potential.
