The Yavapai County Office of Emergency Management (YCOEM) is proud to join communities across the country in observing April as National Volunteer Month. This annual recognition is an opportunity to celebrate the extraordinary individuals who give their time, skills, and dedication to strengthen emergency preparedness and protect the residents of Yavapai County. Volunteers are the backbone of emergency management in communities large and small.
