One of the things, like one of the very early baseline things we said is, no podcasts. Everybody has podcasts. We're not going to do a podcast. It's far easier to be unhinged as an individual on the internet than it is as a company. I say that my life is boring all the time, and that's true. Like, no shoes melting into bed, watching day line, that's my jam. But boring is good for other reasons. And there are ways that your brain makes things boring to actually help you heal. Different not broken is about the people who have been told that the way you are isn't correct, that the way that you wake up in the morning needs to be fixed or changed or adjusted in order to be acceptable or palatable for the outside world. For the most part, that's bullshit. And we don't accept it. The brain dissects things. It takes it apart. It looks at it from every angle. When you think you've come up with every possible outcome of it, it puts it all back together, tears it apart again, and finds a new piece. And we're going to talk about that today.

This says Lauren. I go by L2. Yes, you can call me L2. Everybody does. Welcome to the different not broken podcast where we talk about all things being different not broken.
