Becky healed herself with a high-fat, animal-based/whole foods, intuitive, circadian aligned approach. After giving birth to three children, she found that her body didn't bounce back the way it had in her younger years. She struggled with stubborn excess weight and hormonal challenges due to a hysterectomy at 30. Becky then faced even more emotional challenges, poor gut health, cardiac issues, asthma, pre-diabetes, and thyroid/autoimmune Hashimoto, which led to further weight gain. As a result, she found herself needing to rely on seven different medications. She also underwent genetic testing which revealed a high likelihood of developing other chronic diseases. Becky knew she needed to take charge and heal herself rather than merely treating symptoms with medications, and she believed there was no better time than the present.

She tried many commercial diet plans, but they yielded no results and left her feeling tired and hungry, still weighing over 200 pounds. However, for the first time in her life, Becky found freedom from dieting, food stress, and emotional challenges. She began to see the benefits of healing through an aligned, animal-based holistic approach.
