Xan is 28 years old and resides in Bozeman, Montana. He is the General Manager and Co-Owner of RegenMarket, a business that connects regenerative producers of animal proteins from the Mountain West with consumers across the country.

Xan first tried the Carnivore diet towards the end of his internship with the New York Giants. He noticed remarkable improvements in his gut health, energy, and focus levels.
