  • And finally - you won't believe what has been spotted hopping through a Cornish town,

One in six new Australian mums report drinking at risky levels in their baby's first year. Clinical psychologist Dr Katrina Prior noticed the pattern on her own maternity leave, and we also spoke to Victoria Vanstone, host of the Sober Awkward podcast, who lived it herself. This isn't about judgement, it's about understanding why so many mums reach for a drink to cope, and knowing there's support out there if you want it.

Info on the trial is here and you can learn more about this issue on the MAMA podcast.
You can grab Victoria's book 'A Thousand Wasted Sundays' here
