 Teal Swan teaches about the root of the problems you are facing in your life.  Most of the time, the root of those problems is your relationship to your parents/adult caregivers as a child.  In this episode, she throws a curveball by teaching that once you are grown up, your Parents are not the source of your problems anymore, the parents that you have internalized however are.  In our childhoods we develop a plethora of coping strategies to deal with perceived threats from our circumstances, parents or upbringing.  A genius coping strategy is to create internalized parents that give us back control and keep us safe.  But this strategy prevent us from getting what we really want in life once we are grown up.
