1:05Welcome to the Rogue Recap. Hot Takes, Cold Facts, and Zero Respect for the Official Narrative. Sit back, roll your eyes, and let's recap. Rogue Style. What is up everybody and welcome to the Rogue Recap. I am Linda McLaughlin, your host. And it is Wednesday, September 9th, and super stoked as always to be with you. I'm going to start off the day with a little consumer advice. My husband and I, the other day, we're having a conversation. It's just super creepy, so pay attention because this is happening to all of us. I don't want to say for the record, like I'm fully aware, that the phones are listening and that there's, you know, bad targeted listening and demographic targeted listening and yada yada yada. Okay, fine. This is creepy, guys. We were sitting in our kitchen a couple of weeks ago at the kitchen counter, late at night, maybe like, you know, on a weekend, like 10 or 11 o'clock at night,

2:05you know, 10 minutes where we were able to just chat for a second, just about nothing, right? And as my husband was talking, we were, the living room is to the other side, but it's kind of an open concept thing, right? So the TV's in there. We had the news on, but it was on mute, and we were just chatting. And as my husband's talking to me, I noticed that something is happening on the television, and it catches my eye out of the periphery, and I turn, and I look, and it is transcribing word for word, what my husband is saying on the screen. We don't have the remote. We're not changing the channel. We're nowhere near the remote or the TV. And it is literally transcribing everything my husband is saying on to the screen. And he smack him in the arm, and I'm like, yo, you gotta look at this. Like, I could, it's one of those moments where I couldn't believe it. I said, you gotta look at this. So he looks up, and he's like, what the hell?

3:07I was like, okay, that is a bridge too far. So we, you know, we look up online, how to turn off and settings, the microphone. But it's doing all these weird things. It's not really letting us turn it off. It's giving us weird error messages and blah, blah, blah. So my husband literally goes up behind the TV and removes the microphone. There is an actual microphone in the back of your television, especially if you have a smart television. It's recording everything, guys. I couldn't believe, honestly, like, it took the, yeah, I know they're listening thing to, holy shit. They are listening to it with extreme accuracy, and it has nothing to do with engaging anything. Okay, so fast forward to this week. And I'm sitting here doing my usual research for the show. And I see these two guys. It's called Brains Forge. And these two dudes are testing all of these smart TVs.

4:11So the post from these guys says after 500 plus hours and $70,000 of testing, these two researchers have found that LG smart TVs are secretly logging conversations and mapping homes. There are already 216 million LG TVs in everybody's home. So I just imagine, right, the magnitude of information that they're getting. And it's super creepy because they're not just getting like, you know, stupid conversations about, you know, the kids need new shoes or we have to get schoolbooks or did you get bananas at the store? They're getting like every conversation no matter how personal and private. So it's completely just one of those super freak out moments. So these guys actually recorded themselves. I just want you to hear it for a second. If you have a smart TV, please go into your settings and disable anything that allows them to listen because they're not discriminant in the way that they're listening.

5:12They're listening whenever however they choose because they can. And they're recording it locally. Like they're not just listening, taking a transcription and saying, hey, tied, they use your detergent. They are keeping it logging it and it's saved in these databases. Take a listen to a brain for it. It's only like 30 seconds, but it's just wild. This LG G5 TV has a microphone connected to it. And right now it's listening to me and staving the information. In fact, we can even unplug the network. And it's still listening to me. And what I'm saying is being stored by someone with remote access to the TV. And then we were able to exfiltrate that recording via vulnerabilities after the user reconnected the network. And we can say that in fact, we can have a phone connection. It's still listening to me. No network. So those two guys just showed you, they unplug it, they take the mic out, they completely take it off the network, all the things.

6:15And it was still for good recording. I don't know. I was so freaked out. I mean, I think about every day working in TV and radio and podcasting. I am surrounded by electronics. I am surrounded by microphones. I can only imagine what kind of information that they are getting when they listen to me in my office. I'm going to have to start saying some really weird shit so I can throw them off. I don't know. But if you've got a smart TV, you're living your life. Just reach behind that TV. Look it up on chat, GPP or GROC or Google. Whatever you got to do and see where your microphone is in your television and take it out. At least it makes it a little harder. I don't know. But I tell you guys are super freaky. So, okay, on to serious stuff. As I did my show yesterday, I told you guys that I am one of those people who thinks that, you know, scummy mom, Donnie should stay far, far away from our 9-11 Moriel services on Friday.

7:15And of course, he's promising to go despite over 100,000 signatures from New Yorkers asking him to respect their wishes, to not have him there. It's kind of like asking somebody to not come to a wakeer or funeral and they still show up. Like, they're just special place in hell for people like that. But the thing that we pointed out last night was when he did this proclamation signing the other day and he had given that pen to his chief counsel on his mayoral team. That guy's name is Ramsey Kasem and he is the chief counsel for Mom Donnie, but he was previously in house counsel for this mom who is a co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center attack. So, he has a legacy of defending people who have attacked the United States and tried to hurt the United States in a variety of ways. He's currently representing Mokmoo Koleal, who in fact was also invited to the, to the, to Gracie mentioned to the mayor's mention.

8:24And so he was there, you know, and you have to understand like Mokmoo is a Palestinian activist like this is a guy who was part of the encampments on Columbia University protesting, making all this noise and he's not even supposed to be here. I mean, you know, they put him down as an activist, but he's not an activist. He's he's here illegally him and his wife are two pieces of shit who speak out often against the United States and saying that you know we are in bed with Israel. We deserve every bit of pain that comes to the American people and what a terrible country it is. So now Ramsey Kasem defended not just the 1993 World Trade Center co-conspirator and terrorist, who is currently any mom. But also is now representing Mokmoo Koleal, who is a Palestinian activist who speaks out against the United States and Israel, who of course was educated at Columbia University where all good terrorists come from.

9:24So Ramsey Kasem was was heard making this praise of this Imam from the 1993 attacks and it just is further evidence as to why the families of 9-11 do not want him at their event and their ceremony. I mean, there is no reason for someone who hates America, who hates what we stand for and who supports someone like Kasem being in their in their administration at the World Trade Center memorial. I mean, literally one of his clients is a co-conspirator of the World Trade Center bombing case, not to mention the fact that the clip I'm about to play you says, and I quote, he's talking the guy's name is Imam Sarat Wahaj. This is literally this guy, he's saying he's an example for all of us. What? The guy who tried to bring a building down in 93 and now is, you know, a part of these mosques where they're still calling for death and destruction of the Infidel.

10:37This is the guy that works in the mayor's camp and was handed the ceremonial pen that he signed the 9-11 legislation with the other day, but of course he has to pass it through Commissioner Tish, right? Just to put a little salt in the one because everybody knows that they don't get along, but such a strange and obvious connection. They're not even trying to hide it. I guess because they don't have to because we never do anything, but this is Ramzika Sen talking about this Imam who is a co-conspirator of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. There's no shortage of models for us in our own communities. Imam Sarat who earlier so ably coaxed you out of your money is another example for all of us, and we had the privilege of clear of representing him. And so there's no shortage of models.

11:37We had the privilege of representing him. The privilege, the privilege of representing somebody who was trying to bring down the World Trade Center in 1993. It's insane. And then people ask the question, oh, it's Islamophobia. That's why they don't want them there. Oh, they just don't like the mayor. That's why they don't want them there. No, it's because everything they stand for openly stand for talk about support, defend, promote is in a complete antithesis to that which the families of 9-11 victims feel and wish to have portrayed at the 25th anniversary of the attack. I really, I hope he doesn't show up. I really hope he doesn't show up. I hope that there is some piece of him that says, everyone here hates me. Out of sheer pride I won't go. But I think he likes it. I think he likes to hurt people. I think he likes to put things in people's face. I think he likes to hurt anyone who doesn't think like him. I think he enjoys it.

12:48If the way that his wife speaks is any indicator of how he thinks and speaks, then he'll be there on Friday to cause pain because that's who he is. I don't know. Eyes are open on that one, guys. Definitely a very scary moment for all of us that this person is literally in the mayor's administration and working at Gracie Mansion. 25 years later in New York, I got to tell you I never thought I'd see it. But let's move on to my other favorite person, Governor Shapiro. So Governor Shapiro is trying to do this law through Pennsylvania's health department where if they rewrite the disease rules, investigators can enter homes and schools without a warrant. They can pull students from their classes. They can do private interviews where they don't have to tell their parents and they can impose any disease control measure that they choose. This is a real thing. This guy is trying to do this right now, literally trying to change Pennsylvania law so that he can go in and he can come into your home without a warrant and tell you you have to do this or you have to do that in the name of public safety.

14:03Now remember during COVID Shapiro was one of the biggest lunatics. He was shutting down everything. Everybody had to mask. Everybody had to get the shot. Nobody could go to school. Blah blah blah. And if you didn't listen to him and you went about and you did, you know, you had free will and decided not to take the death shot and not to put that crap in your body and not put a mask over your face. You were considered the enemy and they made sure that that was the truth. So another guy pointed out his name is Dan Barcoviac in Korman versus the acting secretary of health, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court unanimously struck down a statewide school mask mandate as exceeding the department's legal authority. Finally, somebody stood up to this douchebag. So now he's not going after the legislature to try to take back this authority. He's saying he wants within the gubernatorial office, that agency to write itself into power and that the power would then supersede anything else that the state tries to do it would like completely with him.

15:12And it would take away any free will first, you know, first amendment rights to say what you want, live how you want and would supersede your freedoms so that they can come to your home and break in and say, no, you need to do this or that. Now the Washington Times on September 7th put an article out if you haven't seen it, I suggest you read it. It's called pencil venues, Shapiro seeks COVID-19 style lockdown powers. Notice he's not asking for measures to be enforced. He is saying I want the control. So what they're talking about and I'm going to read a little bit of this in 2021 after a year of pandemic lockdowns voters pass two amendments that cap the governor's emergency declaration at 21 days. They also gave the legislature the power to end or to extend them without his signature. It was a rare resounding statement that the good people of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania do not want a single office holder governing by decree.

16:14Okay, back to the good for the not for me bullshit that we talked about the other day, right. We don't need Maria Antoinette. So now Shapiro wants to go around the mandate. His administration has quietly advanced 500 pages of changes to Pennsylvania's health code. And he's claiming expansive disease control powers through executive regulation so that they can do it without the legislature's approval. The new regulations replace the words mother and woman with postpartum individual and birthing individual. Okay, just think about that for a minute. This is what Shapiro is concerned with. Okay, he's acting like this is to help God forbid if there was mass disease, you know, spreading through Pennsylvania, which is obviously a crocus shit. He already tried it once with measles. Notice we haven't heard shit about that since he gave us fake press conference. But the new regulations are replacing the words mother and woman with postpartum individual and birthing individual.

17:18This is what this guy's worried about. We have to take away the words mom and woman. Are there a bunch of dudes out there giving birth? I don't know about because let me tell you something. If you're passing a baby through the top of your penis, I want to know about it. I actually think that is breaking news because I'll tell you what I know a lot about men and they are not going through that. Nope, not a thing. So please enlighten me as to why it cannot be mother and woman unless you're trying to subject us all to your trans, LBG, LBGPTQ, whatever the hell it is, who gives a shit crap? I mean, honestly. So now if this was allowed to happen, the Department of Health would exact powers that literally the people of Pennsylvania voted to strip the governor of just a couple of years ago. It's always about him having more power. Shapiro is a very, very dangerous man who has a lot of money from a lot of very bad people.

18:19Okay. This is one of those things where you have to really ask yourself what the hell is going on that this guy is trying to pass 500 new legislative actions and nobody's paying attention. You think the people of Pennsylvania know that this scumbag right now is trying to do this and exact this kind of intense power over the people of Pennsylvania? The hell is going on. What happened to the idea of checks and balances? What happened to the idea of you are our governor, you have a government beneath you, you have people that are of the house and the Senate of Pennsylvania, we have legislature, we have measures in place to make sure that no one person has too much power. Now there may be people where we say, well, we need his signature on it to make xyz happen, but it's not like he's the only one we need. And that's essentially where we find ourselves right now. The idea that we live in a republic governed by our founding fathers documents, the Bill of Rights Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, which I think everybody could probably use a little refresher on.

19:25I think there's I think there's some people that could use a little update on that information. I think that they should take a look at this article. It's again in the Washington Times written by Meg Martin. She's the COO and General Counsel for the Commonwealth Foundation. It's a free market thank you and Pennsylvania God bless her for writing this article highly recommend that you listen to it. In addition, I'd like you to listen to this quick cut, which was a podcast interview on this very topic. Maybe draw some similarities in comparing what happened during COVID under Wolfen now, this under Shapiro. It became apparent Joe with about two, three months into it that these were bureaucrats in Harrisburg, activist bureaucrats and staffers, literally making things up as they were going along. In a draconian nature of it, the government deciding who is essential, who is not, who gets to go to work, who doesn't, what business stays open, which doesn't. The right approach was take whatever precautionary measures you need to take and our tagline was reopening saves lives because it was clear that these lockdowns were destroying far more lives than they were saving.

20:37Could this be a COVID 2.0 unless it's checked? If that came to fruition, there was a COVID or a similar incident and it's in the way it's written it could be a, you know, amizels outbreak and no one's trivializing that. But that's certainly not the type of thing that would warrant lockdowns. But yet it could easily be parlayed into that because it's at the discretion pretty much of the governor. And it there basically itself anointed king at that point because you used the emergency powers to do largely whatever you want, clearly including throwing the Constitution out the window to enter people's homes, to dust off some eastern block techniques and interview children and have them rat their parents out. I mean, people should be up in arms over this regardless of your political persuasion, regardless of what you think about vaccines. This is over the top. A shocking crime and a cover-up at the highest levels of the United States Marine Corps. Someone opened the door and was the primary shooter. Is it possible you could do that and then suppress the memory?

He said, and that was posted by the Pennsylvania House GOP. I love that he said, this is Eastern Block techniques. They're going after your children and they're telling your children that they have to rat you out.

22:45They're asking your children questions when they should be coming to you. They should be asking you, but instead they want to scare the shit out of your kids and have your kids rat you out, not even knowing it, right? Like my youngest son is 11. If you ask him a question, he's going to answer you honestly because that's the beauty of children unless they're trying to lie about the fact that they ate the last cookie or hit their brother or sister. They're usually pretty honest. They're going to be forthcoming and they're just going to say, oh yeah, mom did this, dad did this. We went here, we went there, right? So this idea that they can go after your kids, this idea that they can enter your home, right? I mean, this idea that you have a door with a lock on it and they get you break it down. That's always my biggest fear is that they're going to come to your door, break your door down and they have guns drawn and your whole family is there and you're just like, why? Why is this happening? And we saw a lot of that during the elections, during COVID, we really saw the strong arm of government. And that's what's very scary about the left.

23:50You know, full disclosure, I'm an equal opportunity, Hader. I believe in the US versus them. You guys know I believe in the Uniparty. I do not believe in Republicans and Democrats. I do think that some people are crazier than others, but I think we're really kind of dealing with more liberals and conservatives and much less about the party, right? Because the Uniparty has no interest at all in taking care of the American people. What they do have an interest in is lobbying special interest, you know, playing the stock market with insider information. We see it time and time again at the very highest levels of government. It seems to be no barriers and zero conscience when it comes to people who end up in the DC swamp, which is very sad. But this should be a nonpartisan issue. Whether you're a Democrat or a Republican, do you want some bureaucrat coming to your door, guns drawn, shooting your dog, putting your kids in handcuffs, putting you in handcuffs, and dragging you out of your house because of what they're calling health emergency.

24:55This goes directly back to the emergency use authorization, which was what they used in order to push through a vaccine that hadn't gone through all of the testing that it's supposed to go through. And don't get me wrong. I think the FDA is a terrible organization, a government arm of complete and it's a sham. It's who can pay to the highest bidder. But all of that to say during COVID, they had the power. 100% they were pushing shit through. They had everybody sign these papers and these waivers that if you did have a vaccine injury, you were on your own. And guess what? People are on their own. In fact, today in Canada, they are live streaming all of these people. They're doing these massive class action suits against Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, you know, the parent company to Pfizer, etc. They are going after them because of all of the vaccine injuries that they've had. And it is like by the tens of thousands of people.

25:57At some point, I'm hoping that people will wake up and say, shit, maybe I better take like a spike protein protocol and clean my body because the proteins that were put in my body by this fake vaccine were actually injected into me so that I would get turbo cancers and paulsy. And other unknown neurological diseases that no one has a cure for because now the medical industry has a reason to treat and they have a lifelong customer. Right? Because medicine is no longer about helping. I mean, I don't know about you guys, but when I go into a doctor's office and they're nice, I'm ready to give them an award. That should be the status quo. That should be the benchmark. But instead it is the exception to the rule pretty much always. Right? I mean, they're so distracted. And I, I mean, this is a whole other conversation in a different show. But there's nothing more upsetting than when you walk up to the counter to talk to somebody and you're trying to get information. And they're on their freaking phone. I'm like, oh, hi, here. I'm just here about my well-being and my health. But yeah, sure. Text your buddy, do a snapchat. Find out what's going on on an X or Facebook.

27:06Sure, I'll go ahead. Take your time. It's no rush. That's like the current environment. It's disgusting. So I'm all about getting Shapiro and check. I'm going to do everything that I can to bring awareness of this. I know Stacy Garrity is running for governor again Shapiro. She clearly does not have even a quarter of the money that he has. But she is a far better selection and choice for the state than this disgusting human. So let's pray that we can get some attention on Shapiro and start to wake people up so that we can actually actually stop him. Right? From the Gestapo that he's trying to cause here. Okay. I want to play I think two or three more cuts. I have to play you this juror. She started out saying that she was a guilty verdict but switched to not guilty because of the pressure in the jury pool. I have a lot to say here, but I'm going to let you hear the audio first. That person, the majority of the women was trying to kind of sway that person in the very beginning.

28:11So where did you come to come from the very beginning? Like what was your vote? So originally I saw as though she was guilty and she was totally responsible. Maybe I still believe that in a certain way. So originally I felt that she was guilty and responsible for it. And maybe I still feel that way. But I voted not guilty because there was so much pressure. Imagine being so weak as a human being that you are unable to save the memory of three children five and under who were murdered at the hands of their psychotic satanic mother. Just hold on to that for a minute. Three babies, the youngest one eight months old murdered by their own mom. And it was just too much pressure for you. How weak and feckless are you? That's what's so sad about today's society. People are so worried about what's going to happen.

29:14What are people going to say? What's this one going to say? How's it going to affect me? What's this one going to think? Who gives a shit? Do the right thing? How hard is it to do the right thing? Obviously very hard. This is the consistent issue. Anyways, you guys know Lindsey Clancy is a murder. I hope she burns in hell. I hope she goes there real soon. She's a really bad person. I don't want somebody like that living in jail, getting three meals a day, you know, living for the next however many years on taxpayer's time. I just want her to literally will herself to death and just go to hell. I don't see why on God's green earth this person deserves to live when her three beautiful children are dead and dead in the most horrific gruesome and painful way. I just can't. Alright, this is going to be the last cut of the day. This is an old cut. This is a 2018 cut, but it was making the rounds over the last few days. And it's so insane. Okay, it's really insane. So I thought maybe I'll play this. So this week is the Republican National Committee's midterm convention in Dallas.

30:22Now in my opinion, this is incredibly poor planning tonight is the opening night of the NFL. And this is the night that they're having president Trump speak at the RNC. Like I don't know who did the calendar. Probably not your strongest and best decision. I'll just leave that there. But as much as stupid as some of these things may be by the right, I want you to take a listen to the Democrats of the Democrat Socialist party. Okay, the DSA, not the regular Democrats who are also nuts. These are these are the far left. They call each other comrade and brother and I'm with you in arms and all this other bullshit, right? And meanwhile, they are snowflakes that melt under the hint of pressure. They couldn't they couldn't hack it for a minute. Okay. And mind you, this is also from 2018. So this is before people were really paying attention. So you're kind of getting an even better inside look at how nuts they are. Now they're nuts, but sometimes they tame it down because we're like, oh, everybody's watching everybody's paying attention.

31:31But I'm telling you, this is hysterical. It's each person in this cut is trying to outwoke one another in such a way that it's very, very special. Take a seat so that we can count. When there's so many people moving around, it's very difficult to count. Quick point of privilege. First of all, James Jackson Sacramento, he, him, I just want to say, can we please keep the chatter to a minimum? I'm one of the people who's very, very prone to sensory overload. There's a lot of whispering and chatter going on. It's making it very difficult for me to focus. Please can we just I know it's we're all fresh and ready to go, but can we please just keep the chatter to a minimum? It's affecting my ability to focus. Thank you. Thank you, comrade. Okay. Is there a speaker against name chapter? No, no, no, no. Point of personal privilege. Yes. Please do not use gendered language to address everyone.

32:34Okay. We have a lot of disabled comrades and a lot of those are invisible disability. First of all, in this room, I see that no one's clapping for me. It could be because I'm not engaging, but it also is because everyone's doing this and that's really important because those loud bursts of noise, even though this is a noisy space, when we can do something like reducing that, that's really important. So please don't clap, shoot up these. And additionally with the noise issue, like avoid hissing, avoid waving banners, right? You don't know what to do. Show up these, right? I'm sure there's lots of ways that we can communicate to each other without needing to rely on something that's going to hurt somebody else. We have quiet rooms that are available. There's a range of options of these, right? On seven, there's one that has video, but no sound. If you still want to be able to observe the convention, but the sound is an issue. There's also in Piedmont eight, a completely quiet room. One thing to note there, please don't go into that space with anything that's like an aggressive scent, for instance, right?

33:34Because that's going to be difficult for people. Don't talk to cops. Don't talk to mag-assholes. All we're almost there. Just this, but thank you. Pick point of privilege once again. Quick point of privilege once again. Hi, James Jackson, Sacramento DSA. He, him. I have already asked people to be mindful of the chatter of their comrades who are sensitive to sensory overload. And that goes double for the heckling and the hissing. It is also triggering to my anxiety. Just like the peak comrade, it doesn't just, isn't just for like, you know, let's keep things civil or whatever. It's so that people aren't going to get triggered and so that it doesn't affect their performance as a delegate, okay? Resolutions and a very brief. Very brief point of information. If you are using a microphone, talk into it directly like I am right now. And do not wave your face back and forth because people cannot hear you. That is all. Okay, awesome. Thank you for the point. Yes. So between the points of information, the points of anxiety, the points of privilege, the points of he, her.

34:41I mean, these are real people. These are real people whose votes are going to cancel out hours. How scary is this? I mean, these people are so insane. And they're like point of privilege. You're talking is raising my anxiety and I, you can go in a room and watch a video in it. And it has no sounds and and mega assholes. I'm like, okay, we're all so hurt and so anxious and so scared, so worried, so teed up, so ready to go. At the same time, we need a quiet space. We need not to have sensory overload. We need to call everyone else an asshole. We're kind and we're soft and we're gentle, but we're weak and we're lonely and we, oh my god. You can't, you know what's funny? I always say you can't make it up, but you don't have to because these people are real. This is who they are. When they tell you who they are, believe them. Don't ask them for any more information.
