Abba Arsenius

Abba Arsenius was a 4th-century Christian monk and hermit. He is known for his wisdom and spiritual guidance. He lived in the Egyptian desert and was said to have spent most of his time in silence and contemplation. He is considered one of the most important figures in the history of Christian mysticism.
