abdulrahman al-haj

Abdulrahman al-Haj is a Syrian-American director of the Syrian Memory Project. He is a professor of practice at the University of Massachusetts Boston and has written extensively on the Syrian civil war. Al-Haj has also worked as a journalist and has reported on the conflict in Syria. He is a prominent voice on the Syrian diaspora and has been involved in various efforts to document and preserve the history of the Syrian people. Al-Haj has a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Massachusetts Boston and has taught at several universities in the United States. He is fluent in Arabic and has a strong understanding of the Middle East region.
