Agustí Sugranyes

Agustí Sugranyes is a Spanish maestro aceitero, or olive oil expert, who has spent his career studying and promoting the production of high-quality olive oil. He is the founder of SUÏM, a company that produces a range of olive oils using traditional methods. Sugranyes is also a passionate advocate for sustainable agriculture and has worked to promote the use of regenerative agriculture practices in the production of olive oil.
