Alan Eyre

Alan Eyre is an American expert on Middle East politics and diplomacy. He is a senior fellow at the Middle East Institute, where he studies and analyzes the complex relationships between the United States and the Middle East. Eyre has written extensively on the region and has been a frequent commentator on television and radio. He was part of the Obama administration's negotiating team for the Iran nuclear deal and has served as a senior adviser on Iran to the State Department. Eyre is a graduate of Yale University and has a master's degree in international relations from the University of Chicago.
