Albert Roux is a French chef and restaurateur. He is best known for co-owning the Michelin-starred restaurant Le Gavroche in London. Roux has also written several cookbooks and has been involved in various culinary competitions. He was awarded an OBE in 2001 for his services to the hospitality industry.
