Alex Honnoald

Alex Honnold is an American rock climber, mountaineer, and environmentalist. He is best known for his free solo ascents of El Capitan in Yosemite National Park. Honnold has been climbing since he was a child and has completed numerous notable ascents around the world. He is also a vocal advocate for environmental causes and has written a book about his climbing experiences.
