Alexander Dale Oen was a Norwegian short-distance swimmer who competed in the 2008 Summer Olympics. He was also a passionate supporter of Prosjekt Samboen, a charity organization that aims to help young people in Norway. Oen was known for his charity work and his dedication to his craft. He passed away in 2012 at the age of 27.
