Alexander Zaytsev

Alexander Zaytsev was a Russian chemist who synthesized the first ecstasy-like substance in 1874. He worked at the University of Moscow and made significant contributions to the field of organic chemistry. Despite his achievements, little is known about his personal life. He died in 1944.
