Alexey Soldatov

Alexey Soldatov is a Russian journalist and cybersecurity expert who has written extensively on the topic of internet censorship in Russia. He is the author of several books on the subject, including "Kremlin Winter: The End of the Soviet Union, from Gorbachev to Yeltsin". Soldatov has also worked as a researcher at the New Lines Institute and has been a fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
