Alf Gunvald Nilsen

Alf Gunvald Nilsen is a researcher and writer who has worked on various projects related to Hinduism, Islam, and South Asian studies. He has written articles and book chapters on the intersection of religion and politics in India and has taught courses on Hinduism and Islam. Nilsen has a PhD in religious studies from the University of Oslo and has worked as a researcher at the University of Oslo and the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is currently working on a book about the politics of Hindu nationalism in India.
