Ali Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani

Former President of Iran from 1989 to 1992 and again from 1997 to 2005. He was a key figure in the Iranian Revolution and served as the Chairman of the Expediency Council. He is known for his role in shaping Iran's economic and political policies.
