Ali Akbar Soltani is an Iranian human rights lawyer and former judge. He was a member of the Iranian Human Rights Council and has worked on various human rights cases in Iran. Soltani has also been a vocal critic of the Iranian government's human rights record. He has been living in exile in the United States since 2010.
