Alphonse de Ratisbonne

Alphonse de Ratisbonne was a French Catholic priest who converted from Judaism in 1814. He was born in 1784 and studied at the University of Paris. Alphonse became a priest and was known for his piety and devotion to the Virgin Mary. He wrote several books on spirituality and theology. Alphonse died in 1884.
