Amitav Kanhi

Amitav Kanhi is an Indian journalist and author. He is the editor of the Indian edition of The New Yorker and has written for various other publications, including The New York Times and The Guardian. Kanhi has also written several books on politics and history. He is a vocal critic of Indian politics and has been a vocal advocate for human rights. Kanhi was born in 1954 in Calcutta, India, and moved to the United States in 1981. He currently lives in New York City.
