André Haug is a German lawyer and politician. He is the current Vizepräsident of the Bundesgerichtshof (BRAK), the highest court in Germany. Haug has been a member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) since 1990 and has held various positions in the party, including Minister of Justice in the state of Baden-Württemberg. He is known for his expertise in constitutional law and has written several books on the subject.
