Andrea Chagas

Andrea Chagas is a professor at the Universidade de Fortaleza and the coordinator of the EAD (Educação a Distância) program. She has a Ph.D. in Education and has been working in the field of distance education for over a decade. Andrea is an expert in the development of online courses and has published several papers on the topic. She is based in Fortaleza, Brazil.
