Ann Cavoukian

Ann Cavoukian is a renowned expert in privacy and information and communication technologies. She served as the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario, Canada from 2004 to 2017. During her tenure, she developed the Privacy by Design framework, which has been adopted by many organizations worldwide. She is also a professor at the University of Toronto and has written extensively on privacy and cybersecurity issues.
