Anna Letitia Barbauld was an English poet, writer, and educator. She was a prominent figure in 18th-century literature and was known for her poetry and her advocacy for women's education. Barbauld was also a strong advocate for social justice and was involved in various charitable causes throughout her life. She died in 1825 at the age of 82.
