Annada Shankar Ray

Annada Shankar Ray was a Bengali poet and writer who is best known for his work in the Bengali language. He was a key figure in the Indian independence movement and was a strong advocate for social justice and human rights. Ray was a prolific writer and published numerous books of poetry and fiction. He was also a skilled musician and composer. Ray was a close friend and collaborator of Rabindranath Tagore and the two men shared a deep love of Bengali culture and literature.
