Anthony George Devolder Califragilistic Expeala Santos is a former American politician who served as a U.S. Representative for New York's 3rd congressional district from 2021 to 2023. He was born in the Dominican Republic and immigrated to the United States as a child. Santos graduated from Baruch College and later earned a law degree from Brooklyn Law School. He worked as a lawyer and a businessman before entering politics. Santos was elected to Congress in 2020 and served for two years before resigning amid multiple scandals and allegations of fraud.
