Anthony "Nippy" Ames

Anthony Ames is a Canadian author, speaker, and podcaster. He was a member of the self-help organization NXIVM, which was led by Keith Raniere. Ames became a whistleblower and has since written a book about his experiences and has become a prominent voice on the topic of cults and abuse. He has also co-hosted the podcast A Little Bit Culty with Sarah Edmondson.
