Anthony Trollope

Anthony Trollope was an English novelist, short story writer, and politician. He is best known for his Chronicles of Barsetshire series and his novels of manners. Trollope was also a prolific writer of short stories and was a prominent figure in the literary world of his time. He was a member of Parliament and served as the Postmaster General for Ireland. Trollope was born in London, England, and died there as well. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest English novelists of the 19th century.
