Antoni Gaudi

Antoni Gaudi was a Spanish architect and artist who is widely regarded as one of the most important figures of modernist architecture. He was born in Reus, Spain in 1852 and died in 1926. Gaudi is best known for his iconic buildings such as the Sagrada Familia and Park Güell. He was a devout Catholic and his work often reflected his strong faith. Gaudi was also a prolific designer and created many decorative arts and furnishings.
