Late Associate Justice of the Supreme Court
Antonin Scalia was an American lawyer and jurist who served as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States from 1986 until his death in 2016. He was nominated by President Ronald Reagan and confirmed by the Senate. Scalia was a graduate of Harvard Law School and served as a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He is known for his conservative judicial philosophy and his opinions on issues such as gun rights and abortion. Scalia was based in Washington, D.C.
