Antonio Tejero

Antonio Tejero is a Spanish military officer and politician who served as the head of the Spanish Army from 1976 to 1980. He was a key figure in the 23F coup attempt against the democratically-elected government of King Juan Carlos I. Tejero has been a vocal supporter of the Spanish monarchy and has been critical of the government's efforts to reform the monarchy. He has also been involved in various business ventures and has written several books on politics and military strategy. Tejero has a degree in law from the University of Salamanca.
