Art Acevedo

Art Acevedo is a former police chief of the Austin Police Department and current public safety consultant. He has served as a police chief in several cities, including Austin, and has been a vocal advocate for police reform and community policing. Acevedo has also worked as a consultant for the U.S. Department of Justice and has written several books on law enforcement and public safety. He is based in Austin, Texas.
