Art Laffer

Art Laffer is an American economist and Nobel laureate. He is a professor of economics at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution. Laffer is known for his work on supply-side economics and his advocacy for lower taxes.
