Arthur Spencer was a British Royal Air Force (RAF) navigator during World War II. He served with 97 Squadron at RAF Woodhall Spa and RAF Bourn. Spencer was awarded the Légion d'Honneur for his service with the French Resistance in Italy. He was a decorated war veteran and a respected figure in his community. Spencer passed away in 2004 at the age of 91. He is remembered for his bravery and selflessness during the war.
