Asialene Smith is an American entrepreneur and the co-founder of Cotopaxi, an outdoor gear company that aims to make high-quality products while giving back to communities in need. She graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in Environmental Science and was also a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University. After college, she worked as a management consultant before starting Cotopaxi in 2014. Under her leadership, the company has expanded rapidly and has become known for its philanthropic efforts. Smith is also a former Brigham Young University (BYU) student and has been involved in various business and entrepreneurial ventures throughout her career.
