Barnet Bain is a Canadian film director and screenwriter. He is best known for directing the 1998 film What Dreams May Come, which was based on the novel of the same name by Richard Matheson. Bain has also worked on other films and television shows, including the TV series Supernatural. He is a member of the Bain family of filmmakers, which includes his brother Stephen Bain and his cousin Jason Bain.
