Belal Al-Bani

Belal Al-Bani is a Syrian Islamic scholar and writer. He is known for his work on Islamic theology and hadith. Al-Bani was born in 1955 in Damascus, Syria. He studied Islamic studies at the University of Damascus and later earned a PhD in Islamic theology from the University of Damascus. Al-Bani is the founder of the Madinah Islamic University Press and has written numerous books on Islamic theology and hadith. He is also a prominent figure in the Salafi movement.
