Bernard Lewis

Bernard Lewis is a British-American scholar of Middle Eastern studies and a prominent expert on Islamic history and politics. He is currently a professor emeritus at Princeton University and has written extensively on the subject of Islamic fundamentalism. Lewis has been a vocal critic of Islamist extremism and has warned of the dangers of Islamic radicalization. He has also been a strong advocate for Israel and has spoken out against anti-Semitism.
