Joe Biden is an American politician and diplomat. He served as the 47th Vice President of the United States from 2009 to 2017. Biden was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and earned a degree in history from the University of Delaware. He later earned a law degree from Syracuse University College of Law. Biden has been a member of the Democratic Party and has served as a United States Senator from Delaware. He was elected as the 46th President of the United States in 2020.
