About Blaise
Blaise Williams is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy at Virginia Commonwealth University. He is the Director of the VCU RUN LAB and has a passion for helping people get active and especially to get running. Blaise teaches students at VCU within the orthopaedic and sports curriculum and treats athletes of all levels at the VCU Sports Medicine Clinic.
