Bob Mankoff is an American cartoonist and the editor of The New Yorker's cartoon section. He has been the editor of the section since 1997 and has overseen the work of many notable cartoonists, including Bill Watterson and Garry Trudeau. Mankoff has also worked as a cartoonist for other publications, including The New York Times and The Washington Post.
