Bob Stokoe
Bob Stokoe is a former Sunderland AFC player and manager. He played for the club from 1951 to 1962 and later managed the team from 1965 to 1974. Stokoe is widely regarded as one of the greatest managers in Sunderland AFC history. He is known for his tactical acumen and his ability to motivate his players. After leaving Sunderland, Stokoe went on to manage other clubs, including Middlesbrough and Hartlepool United.
