Bonnie Parker

Bonnie Parker was an American outlaw and gangster who, along with her partner Clyde Barrow, robbed banks and stores across the southern United States during the Great Depression. Born in 1910 in Rowena, Texas, Parker grew up in a poor family and turned to crime at a young age. She met Clyde Barrow in 1930 and the two began a romantic relationship that would last until their deaths. Parker was known for her beauty and her fiery personality, and she became a folk hero of sorts among those who admired her independence and her willingness to challenge the status quo. She was killed in a police shootout in 1934 at the age of 23.
