Bradley Smith

Bradley Smith is a professor at Capital University Law School and a former chairman of the Federal Election Commission. He has written extensively on election law and campaign finance, and has testified before Congress on these topics. Smith has also taught at various law schools, including Georgetown University Law Center. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and has a law degree from the University of Virginia. He is based in Columbus, Ohio.
