About Branan

Branan Edgens is an American filmmaker and science documentary producer. He is best known for his work on the science documentary series Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey. Edgens has also produced several other science documentaries, including The Human Spark and The Universe. He has worked with several prominent scientists and thinkers, including Neil deGrasse Tyson and Brian Greene. Edgens has a Ph.D. in physics from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a fellow of the American Physical Society and has received several awards for his work in science filmmaking.
